STUFFED MUSSELS

This Sète specialty is made the traditional way, in the purest tradition of Southern France.

Opened alive and hand filled with a delicate blend of beef and pork, the mussels are then closed and simmered in a sauce of tomatoes and vegetables from Southern France to create a unique blend. 

This typical dish can be accompanied by rice, pasta or steamed potatoes.


Available in a 650g jar format.
